В статье рассматриваются проблемы концептуализации мировой политической динамики, методологические вопросы изучения ее движущих сил. Особое внимание уделяется концепту «smart power» как интеллектуальному отражению важных современных трендов мировой политической динамики.

The article is dedicated to the problems of conceptualization of world political dynamics and methodological issues of the research of its motive forces. The main attention is paid on the concept of «smart power» as the intellectual reflection of the most important modern trends of world political dynamics.
