В статье обоснована целесообразность использования концепта «иммиграционно-политический режим» для характеристики современных тенденций в миграционном менеджменте. Использование концепта иммиграционно-политического режима позволяет выявлять, характеризовать и классифицировать современные тенденции в сфере политико-правового регулирования миграционных процессов на различных уровнях власти: от международного до регионального.

The author of this article proves that the concept «immigration political regime» is appropriate for characteristics current trends in migratory management. It enables to reveal, define and classify modern trends in sphere of legal and political adjustment of migratory processes on different government levels: from international to regional.
