Фарукшина «Этничность и федерализм» рассматриваются и анализируются основные положения данной работы и поднимаемые ею проблемы, связанные с положительной или отрицательной оценкой этнофедераций и этнофедерализма, формами политического представительства этнических групп и статусом языков меньшинств в этнофедерациях, этнополитическими конфликтами.
