Использование организационных теорий в изучении политических партий дает возможность по-новому взглянуть на старые проблемы. В статье рассмотрены теоретические концепции организационной эффективности. Автор также дает свое понятие организационной эф- фективности и предлагает использовать положения ряда концепций организационной эффективности для анализа эффективности политических партий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Organizational approach to the study of political institutions is a new trend in the political science. Using organizational theories in the study of political parties gives a new look at old problems. The article describes the theoretical concepts of organizational effectiveness.
