Организационный подход в исследовании политических институтов - новое направление в политологии. Использование организационных теорий в изучении политических партий дает возможность по-новому взглянуть на старые проблемы. В статье рассмотрены теоретические концепции организационной эффективности. Автор также дает свое понятие организационной эф- фективности и предлагает использовать положения ряда концепций организационной эффективности для анализа эффективности политических партий.

Organizational approach to the study of political institutions is a new trend in the political science. Using organizational theories in the study of political parties gives a new look at old problems. The article describes the theoretical concepts of organizational effectiveness. The author also gives his own concept of organizational effectiveness and offers to use certain provisions of organizational effectiveness theories for analyzing the effectiveness of political parties.
