Автор рассматривает аргументы каждой из двух названных выше моделей применительно к России и останавливается как на внутренних функциях различных режимов знания-власти, так и на их внешних проявлениях, в том числе связанных с «мягкой силой».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article analyzes how mutually compatible approaches of social constructivism and post-structuralism can be used for study of a relationship between the state and expert communities.
