Статья анализирует, как совместимые друг с другом подходы социального конструктивизма и постструктурализма можно использовать для изучения взаимоотношений государства и экспертных сообществ. Автор рассматривает аргументы каждой из двух названных выше моделей применительно к России и останавливается как на внутренних функциях различных режимов знания-власти, так и на их внешних проявлениях, в том числе связанных с «мягкой силой».
The article analyzes how mutually compatible approaches of social constructivism and post-structuralism can be used for study of a relationship between the state and expert communities. The author examines the arguments of two power-knowledge models (sovereignty- and governmentality-based) in relation to Russia, and dwell upon on the internal functions of their various modes, contexts and functions, both domestic and external, including those related to soft power.
