В статье предлагается подход к сравнению политики стран - членов ЕС в области возобновляемой энергетики. Особое внимание отводится рассмотрению законодательных и исторических рамок, а также анализу текущих статистических показателей на предмет эффективности развития политики ВИЭ в странах-членах, показаны особенности и различия.

The author proposes an approach to the comparison of renewable energy politics between EU member-states. Besides, the historical and legal frames of renewable energy support politics are researched. The special focus is made on the analysis of historical and legal frames, on the statistical key figures regarding the effectiveness of the renewable energy politics in the EU member-states; in addition, some key features and differences are shown.
