Будучи одним из фундаментальных понятий политического анализа, легитимность служит для описания отношений власти, политического порядка, режима и отдельных институтов. В статье обосновывается релевантность изучения практик легитимации решений, действий, политики (policy), доказывается необходимость разграничения «легитимации» (legitimation) и «обоснования» (justification) политики, предлагается их концептуализация.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers the problem of conceptualization of legitimacy. While being one of the fundamental concepts of political analysis, «legitimacy» describes the relationships of power, political order, regime, individual institutions, etc. The article argues for the relevance of studying the practice of decisions, actions, policy legitimation, proves the need to distinguish between «legitimation» and «justification» of policies, proposes their conceptualization.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>легитимность</kwd><kwd>легитимация политики</kwd><kwd>обоснование политики</kwd><kwd>политический процесс</kwd><kwd>публичная коммуникация</kwd><kwd>политический цикл</kwd><kwd>анализ политики</kwd><kwd>legitimacy</kwd><kwd>policy legitimation</kwd><kwd>policy justification</kwd><kwd>political process</kwd><kwd>public communication</kwd><kwd>policy cycle</kwd><kwd>policy analysis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Дюверже М.
