В статье рассматриваются исследовательские подходы к трактовке трансформации государственной состоятельности Грузии со времени распада СССР до 2010 г. Показывается влияние на нее «революции роз», незавершенной демократизации и российско-грузинского конфликта в августе 2008 г.

The article devoted to research approaches to the transformation of the Georgian stteness from the USSR collapse until 2010. Particular attention is given to the influence of the «Rose Revolution», unfinished democratization and the Russian-Georgian conflict in August 2008.
