Изучая терроризм: Основные контуры дискуссии

Аннотация
Cтатья посвящена изучению состояния исследований негосударственного терроризма, методологическим проблемам исследования терроризма, концептуализации, операционализации и типологизации терроризма, структурных факторов и основных причин терроризма, анализу поведения террориста с точки зрения теории рационального выбора и связей между политическими режимами и риском терроризма. Особое внимание уделяется этническому терроризму в разделенных обществах и структурным факторам, способствующим его развитию. Констатируется, что в настоящее время в академических кругах сложился консенсус относительно минималистского определения терроризма как стратегии протеста с использованием насилия или угрозы насилия против гражданских лиц, однако относительно основных причин, факторов и триггеров терроризма согласие не достигнуто.
