Электоральные реформы в сравнительной перспективе
Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются подходы к пониманию причин трансформаций избирательных систем в сравнительной перспективе. С опорой на современную научную литературу обозначаются перспективные векторы в исследовательском направлении, связанном с изучением электоральных реформ, в частности подчеркивается важность изучения электоральной инженерии в недемократических политических режимах.
