Аннотация

Статья посвящена теоретическому анализу современного дискурса по проблеме полупрезидентской формы правления. Проанализированы основные определения полупрезиденциализма, их преимущества и недостатки. Представлены критерии для построения типологии полупрезидентской системы, а также основные преимущества и недостатки этой формы правления
