Формальная теория в институциональной политологии: есть ли жизнь за пределами теории игр?
Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются методологические проблемы построения современной формальной теории политических институтов. Обсуждаются причины и предпосылки господства теоретико-игрового подхода в данной области. Авторы предлагают подход к оценке качества институтов, отличный от теоретико-игрового как по базовым предположениям о поведении индивидов, так и по формальному дизайну. Он связывает качество институтов не с максимизацией общего блага при рациональном поведении индивидов, но со способностью институтов обеспечивать общее благо при наиболее широком диапазоне отклонения поведения акторов от рационального. Мера, характеризующая этот диапазон, названа робастностью институтов. На базе этого предположения построена и проанализирована динамическая математическая модель.
