Могущество и влияние современных государств в условиях меняющегося мирового порядка: Некоторые теоретико-методологические аспекты

В статье рассматривается ряд теоретических и методологических вопросов, связанных с изучением состояния и динамики традиционных и новых компонентов и факторов могущества и влияния государств в современном мире. Предложены варианты их концептуализации с учетом выделения потенциалов могущества и влияния и их реальных эффектов, мощи как атрибута и как отношения особого рода, различных типов и инструментов могущества и влияния. Предложены новые подходы к определению эмпирических индикаторов могущества и влияния и методов их обработки для формирования композитных индексов. Определены перспективы дальнейших эмпирических исследований.
