Фронтирные зоны публичной политики

Аннотация
Обращаясь к традиционным трактовкам публичной политики, автор обосновывает необходимость аналитической коррекции ее содержания на основе выявления универсальных параметров публичности, отражающей особый формат открытых (гласных) отношений государства и общества. В этом контексте выделяются три социальных пространства публичной сферы, каждое из которых определяет возможности осуществления курса на соучастие граждан в управлении и усилении социальной направленности правительственной политики. Кратко обозначаются особенности осуществления такого варианта государственной публичной политики в современной России.
