Проблемы координации в Европейском союзе в период пандемии COVID-19

Аннотация
Статья посвящена проблемам координации в Европейском союзе в период кризиса COVID-19. Результаты исследования показывают, что на первом этапе пандемии центральную роль в противодействии кризису играли национальные правительства стран - членов ЕС. В условиях слабой интегрированности политики здравоохранения это привело к появлению большой асимметрии в реакциях стран-членов и «откату» в уровне координации. Однако на втором этапе Евросоюз, проявив высокий уровень стрессоустойчивости, продемонстрировал способность активизировать существующие и создавать новые площадки для координации политики стран - членов ЕС. Кроме того, запрос на повышение уровня координации демонстрировали и граждане стран Евросоюза.
