ГОСУДАРСТВЕННАЯ СОСТОЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ, ДЕМОКРАТИЯ И ДЕМОКРАТИЗАЦИЯ (НА ПРИМЕРЕ ПОСТКОММУНИСТИЧЕСКИХ СТРАН)

Аннотация

В статье анализируется проблематика государства, государственности и государственной состоятельности, с одной стороны, и режимных изменений, демократии и демократизации – с другой, которая выдвинулась в настоящее время на передний план сравнительных политических исследований, прежде всего посвященных вопросам современных политических изменений и политического развития.
