УМНАЯ СИЛА: Эссе

Аннотация

В статье раскрывается концепция умной силы и особенности ее применения в современной мировой политике, в частности во внешней политике США в ходе их конкуренции за мировое лидерство и гегемонию с растущими Китаем, Индией и Европейским союзом. Анализируются история и современное состояние государственной стратегии умной силы США, а также других стран, большая стратегия государства как предпосылки становления глобального управления, формирующегося на основе переплетения усилий как государств, так и наднациональных институтов.
