ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ ФОРМЫ ПРАВЛЕНИЯ на УКРАИНЕ: ОТ ПОЛУК СУПЕРПРЕЗИДЕНТСКОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКЕ
Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются становление и развитие формы правления в независимой Украине. Сначала анализируются причины введения полупрезидентской формы правления. Затем выделяются основные этапы ее эволюции, которые характеризируются отличиями в отношениях между главными политическими институциями и влиянием формы правления на демократическую консолидацию. В завершении делается попытка вычленить относительное влияние институций и акторов на динамику развития политической системы Украины.
