Эволюция политического сознания современных обществ: Имеет ли значение режимная среда?
Аннотация
На основе данных проекта «World Values Survey» дается сравнительный анализ политических и социокультурных установок населения в режимах разного типа. Делается вывод, что в наибольшей степени авторитарные установки присущи населению не авторитарных, а гибридных режимов. Обнаружены также свидетельства, что авторитаризм способен не только блокировать, но и обращать вспять распространение либерально-демократических установок. Тем самым тезис теории институционального обучения о влиянии политических институтов на политическое сознание подтверждается и на примере недемократических режимов.
