«НОВЫЕ ПАРТИИ», УПРАВЛЯЕМОСТЬ И ПОТРЕБНОСТИ ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ ПОЛИТИКИ В РОССИИ

Аннотация

В статье раскрывается влияние электоральной подвижности на формирование новых партий. Подчеркивается, что для случая России это влияние должно рассматриваться в контексте перехода от политики стабилизации к политике модернизации. Последняя актуализирует проблемы электоральной подвижности и перехода от управляемости к репрезентативности в процессе формирования партийной системы.
