Многообразие и единство в федеративных государствах мира
Аннотация
Многообразие является одним из наиболее спорных вопросов внутренней и международной политики. В представленной статье анализируется то, как институты и идеи способствовали аккомодации этнолингвистических и религиозных различий, обретению этническими и языковыми меньшинствами своего правового статуса, урегулированию конфликтов и установлению легитимного, устойчивого и целостного порядка в двенадцати федеративных государствах: Австралии, Бельгии, Бразилии, Канаде, Эфиопии, Германии, Индии, Нигерии, России, Испании, Швейцарии и Соединенных Штатах Америки.
