Национализация партийной системы: российская специфика

Аннотация

В статье анализируется динамика национализации российской партийной системы. Фиксируется значимое расхождение между крайне низкой территориальной гомогенностью голосования по мажоритарной части российской избирательной системы (1993-2003) и очень высоким уровнем партийной национализации при голосовании по партийным спискам. Это расхождение, обусловленное наследием режимной трансформации, а также такими факторами, как федерализм и президенциализм, было усугублено встраиванием в общенациональный политический порядок губернаторских политических машин. Результаты исследования ставят под вопрос общепринятый тезис о тождественности процессов национализации электората и консолидации партийной системы.
