Когда партии протестуют? Сравнительный анализ партийного участия в движении «За честные выборы» в регионах
Аннотация
Почему одни политические партии присоединяются к протестным движениям, а другие предпочитают оставаться в стороне? Используя парное сравнение моделей взаимодействия партий с движением «За честные выборы» в российских регионах, в данной статье мы исследуем партийные стратегии в отношении движения и пытаемся объяснить их выбор. Мы демонстрируем, что в основе выбора лежат два связанных механизма: уровень партийной институционализации и кооптация партийных лидеров в субнациональную политическую систему. Наше исследование также показывает, что несмотря на общую лояльность (если не симбиоз) партий политическому режиму в России, на региональном уровне и на уровне отдельных организаций их стратегии отличаются, как и уровень вовлеченности в движение. Институционализация объясняет выбор между вовлечением и уклонением от участия, тогда как кооптация - выбор между поддержкой и противодействием движению.
